Systems Specialist

The System Specialist is responsible for selling and applying industrial products and services within an assigned territory. This role requires a strong combination of integrity, passion, and in-person presentation skills to drive success.

Assigned Territory will be Somerset, Mercer, Hunterdon, Ocean and Monmouth Counties in NJ.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow existing accounts within the assigned sales territory.
  • Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through cold calling, lead follow-up, and marketing initiatives.
  • Implement strategic selling methodologies, including planning calls, targeting key accounts, and leveraging multiple contacts within organizations.
  • Utilize various sales and marketing tools, including CRM software, LinkedIn business networking, inside sales support, application engineers, and vendor resources.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments to provide the best solutions to clients.
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Aftermarket Service Specialist

The Aftermarket Service Specialist will assist the Sales and Service department in a wide variety of activities including product and service support for our customer base. The Aftermarket Service Specialist must be able to work autonomously, have outstanding communication skills, be detail oriented, a problem solver with superior customer service skills and the ability to work constructively with a variety of stakeholders with a tactful, positive approach that represents the integrity and core values of Airmatic.

Assigned territory will be Middlesex and Union Counties in NJ and Orange County in NY .

Key Responsibilities

  • Make sure that the customer is happy!
  • Increase aftermarket revenues and margins by establishing new service agreements service plans, parts and rental business
  • Improve upon and increase customer loyalty
  • Travel daily to visit customers
  • Recommendation of further Airmatic products and services
  • Provide consultative sales and support to customers
  • Build customer relationships in a professional manner through solution-oriented communication, service, and telephone support
  • Work promptly, efficiently and timely
  • Collaborate on services, service quotes, and maintenance contracts
  • Identify and quote accurate parts and services to customers in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with Chief Sales Officer and other involved departments to resolve escalated problems
  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures
  • Participate in positive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
  • Maintain a professional appearance
